We are a fiscal intermediary (FI), providing fiscal services for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program (CDPAP), a Medicaid program.

We pay our CDPAP caregivers a competitive salary more than other agencies. Depending on your location, we pay $17-$21/hour (Manhattan, Bronx, Queens Brooklyn, and Staten Island).

1. Contact Medicaid
2. Get a physician's order (PO) for your home care needs
3. Contact your
Local Social Services or Managed Long Term (MLTC) of your choice
4. Get an assessment from an MLTC nurse for number of home care hours per week.
5. Choose a caregiver
